HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play at Every Live Table

We keep our live poker rooms to a consistent standard — here's what that looks like in practice.

Certified Providers

Every live poker room on cu999 runs through Evolution or Pragmatic Play — studios that publish their own audit and certification records for dealer conduct and stream integrity.

Visible Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet ranges are shown on the table thumbnail before you enter. No surprises once you're seated — what you see in the lobby is what applies at the table.

Hand History Access

Your full hand history is logged in your account under Game History. You can review every round, bet, and outcome from past sessions at any time.

Secure Account Access

Login uses OTP verification tied to your registered number. Each session is encrypted end-to-end, so your wallet and table activity stay private.

cu999 Inside Our Live Poker Lobby

Inside Our Live Poker Lobby

Our live poker section covers Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker, and Ultimate Texas Hold'em — all dealt by real croupiers on camera. Evolution handles the flagship tables with multi-angle streams; Pragmatic Play adds its own live rooms with a slightly faster deal pace. You pick your table by bet range, not by luck. Each room shows the current dealer, open seats, and

bet limits before you sit. Players in Dhaka reach the lobby in seconds on any Android or iOS device — no download needed, just your account and a funded wallet.

POKER SUPPORT PATHS

Help While You're at the Table

If something goes wrong mid-hand or your deposit doesn't reflect before a session, here's how to reach us fast.

Team online

Live Chat

Open the chat icon from any poker room page. Our support team responds during active table hours — describe your table name and hand ID for the fastest resolution.

Account Wallet Check

Email Support

For session disputes or hand history requests, email us with your account ID and the table name. We pull dealer logs and respond with a full breakdown.

Live Poker Glossary

Quick definitions for terms you'll see at the live tables.

What is Casino Hold'em?

A live poker variant where you play against the dealer, not other players. You and the dealer each build a five-card hand from two hole cards and five community cards.

What does 'ante' mean in live poker?

The ante is a mandatory bet placed before any cards are dealt. It opens the round and determines the base payout scale for winning hands at the table.

What is a side bet in live poker?

An optional extra wager placed alongside your main hand. Side bets pay out on specific card combinations — like a flush or pair — independent of whether you beat the dealer.

What does RTP mean at a live poker table?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage paid back over many rounds. Live poker RTP is shown only where the provider publishes it for that specific table variant.

What is a 'fold' in Casino Hold'em?

Folding means surrendering your hand and forfeiting your ante. You fold when your cards are weak and you'd rather lose the ante than risk a larger call bet against the dealer.

What does KYC mean for my poker account?

KYC stands for Know Your Customer — the identity verification step required before withdrawals. You submit a valid ID document; once cleared, payouts process to your bKash or Nagad wallet.
